Combine well in a casserole:
- 2 cup orzo pasta, cooked and drained
- 2 cup spaghetti sauce
- 1 pound raw ground beef
- 10-16 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup sour cream
Top with at least 2 oz parmesan cheese, grated. Bake, covered, 30-45 minutes at 375°.
