Florentine Casserole

Combine well in a casserole:

  • 2 cup orzo pasta, cooked and drained
  • 2 cup spaghetti sauce
  • 1 pound raw ground beef
  • 10-16 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup sour cream

Top with at least 2 oz parmesan cheese, grated.  Bake, covered, 30-45 minutes at 375°.
4 servings.
